Happy New Year!
Looking at all the amazing bits and pieces that have come together in 2017, I realize that putting it all together in a bigger picture, there is a pattern that is emerging to give us all hope and encouragement in the forthcoming year.
I see this in a personal scenario and, also in the global narrative. Without indulging in the “fear porn” story of terrorism, of lies and liabilities, and of all the horrific events that destroy the lives of innocents, we are awakening as a consciousness to be reckoned with. I see it happening in the independent journalism that is prolific in scope and and in the passion for Truth that is strengthening our resolve.
Christmas has always been a time of magic for me. It is a time when blessings abound in my own life.
When I was auditioning for “The Roar of the Greasepaint, the Smell of the Crowd” for Broadway, it was on Christmas Eve that I got the part and started rehearsals. What a tremendous present that was!
It was, also, on Christmas Eve the the first draft and concept of, what has become, “The MicroCosmic Cartoon Show” came through and irrevocably transformed my life.
This Christmas was magical for me as I relinquished my control over the production and invited Jesus to pilot the project. Yes, it may seem odd to you, dear reader, but in that action came a trust and sense that all would be accomplished in the best and highest way possible. I have much work to do on this 3D plane but the direction is being handled.
I am putting this out publicly,with a certain amount of trepidation, as it may not sit well with many of you. It was unmistakable and there was a good bit of humor involved. Now I have to plant myself in that trust and watch it unfold.
This New Year will be a big shift in so many ways and I am happy to be on this ride with you. I am wishing you all the very best emerging of joy and grace in your lives throughout the year.
